This weekend retreat is an opportunity to explore, nurture and indulge.

Guided by the qualities of the Heart Chakra prepare your body, mind and spirit for the coming winter with breath, yoga, dance, and meditation. Connect and share with others, create joy and experience stillness. Delight in fantastic winter foods surrounded by a natural environment of tall gums and tree ferns.

Michelle Redman of Vitalitymoves, an experienced teacher and retreat facilitator, will guide you through flowing and restorative yoga, meditation, breath work and Nia dance using the Anahata (heart) Chakra as her focus.

Jane Smith of Valleyplot, an experienced culinary creator, will provide and educate us with a nurturing organic vegetarian menu as well as facilitating a cooking class to inspire us with winter foods.

This weekend retreat, has shared room options from $645 or $895 in a single room. It includes:

– 2 nights accommodation
