Vitalitymoves dance blends dance styles with martial arts with yoga, qigong and meditation to vibrant soulful music to create a unique fitness and fun session. It’s a fantastic way to improve your overall wellbeing.
Michelle is interested in practices that improve flexibility, fascia elasticity, strength, agility and balance. Moving with more ease and control improves coordination, boosts confidence, increases energy and trust in your body whilst gaining a sense of elegance and grace.
Michelle trained as a Nia teacher in 2006 and hasn’t stopped dancing since. She uses those skills and experience to bring you the funky Vitalitymoves dance.
